I thought a funeral was being held on the ground floor of the block, and someone was crying from grief," she stated.The resident also mentioned that a man in his 30s who was supposedly her nephew and a woman in her 60s resided in the same apartment.The SCDF is the fire's suspected cause.An SCDF paramedic declared a person deceased at the site, according to SCDF confirmation.The reason behind the fire is being looked into.
